Use this page to refer a participant for mainstream, rehabilitation or adaptive driver training with Beyond Limits Academy across Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and wider Victoria by arrangement.

We work collaboratively with OTs, Support Coordinators, families and rehabilitation professionals to support a coordinated practical driving pathway.
We welcome referrals from across the support network.
Beyond Limits Academy accepts referrals from OT Driver Assessors, Occupational Therapists, NDIS Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, TAC and WorkSafe rehabilitation providers, hospitals, families, carers and other professionals.
For specialised rehabilitation and adaptive driving pathways, the most useful referrals include clear information about the participant’s licence status, goals, functional considerations, equipment recommendations and funding pathway.
Our aim is to make the practical training stage as smooth as possible while maintaining clear boundaries between professional assessment and driver training.

We clarify any missing information and confirm whether the requested setup can be provided.
Training arranged
Sessions are scheduled around the participant’s needs, goals and appropriate training pathway.
Progress supported
Where relevant, we liaise with the referrer or support team to maintain continuity.
Not every referral fits neatly into a form.
If a participant has significant adaptive equipment needs, a complex rehabilitation presentation, multiple funding parties or a location requiring special arrangements, contact us directly before booking.
