The following terms of service apply to services and facilities provided by Beyond Limits Academy. If you do not intend to join our training programs or get services and facilities, you are not obliged to follow these terms.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions and all Agreements: “You,” “Your”, and “Yourself” refer to You, the person who accesses our program and services through our website and consents with the Company’s terms and conditions. “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to Beyond Limits Academy (beyondlimitsacademy.com.au).

Beyond Limits Academy holds the right to operate, change, and modify the information and contents of the website (beyondlimitsacademy.com.au).

Beyond Limits Academy provides specialized driver training services to individuals with diverse needs and abilities, including, but not limited to, NDIS participants, TAC rehabilitation clients, WorkCover beneficiaries, and DVA-supported veterans. This includes online and classroom learning, Occupational Therapy + healthcare support, vehicle modifications, and highly qualified instructors with flexible scheduling. Our proven success rate reflects our dedication to helping you reclaim mobility and freedom behind the wheel.

To access our services, you must be an Australian citizen and at least 16 years old under the NDIS, TAC, WorkCover, and DVA schemes. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Booking for our driver training services can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. Payment for services is required in advance and may be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

To ensure your preferred program, we recommend booking in advance. Payments are required upfront, and rebooking a program necessitates payment within 24 hours of confirmation.

You’ll receive confirmation messages with details after booking, and at the end of each session, you’ll have the opportunity to rebook.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled training session may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued within a reasonable period.

However, if we manage to fill your canceled slot, you won’t be charged. We may occasionally offer to reschedule a lesson on the same day or assign a different instructor if your regular one is unavailable or needs to prioritise safety due to illness.

Accessing this website is at your own risk, as it’s provided “as is” and “as available.” Modifying or exploiting any website content without permission is strictly prohibited.

Any form of sexual harassment and abusive behaviour towards anyone will result in termination.

While Beyond Limits Academy utilizes third-party vendors, they cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, security, or error-free operation, nor the accuracy, reliability, or quality of information or services you obtain.

We are not liable for any damages arising from website use, including those related to lost profits, data, or goodwill. This applies to the inability to use the website, needing substitute services, unauthorized data access, third-party actions, and any other website-related matters.

While we strive to provide safe and effective driver training, Beyond Limits Academy is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your participation in our services. By using our services, you assume all risks associated with driving.

All our titles, rights, materials, resources, and intellectual properties are under Beyond Limits Academy’s ownership. These intellectual properties may include our official logo, tags, visual and text content, videos, audio, and any materials related to our website, which will remain Beyond Limits Property’s asset.

Using these materials for commercial purposes or without permission is strictly prohibited. You may have limited access to use limited resources for noncommercial purposes.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
